Delivery and Shipping

C-Hemp ships from Hong Kong SAR and delivers to anywhere within Asia.  The moment we receive confirmation of your order, our top priority becomes dispatching the correct goods as soon as possible, getting your package in the hands of the parcel service within 24 hours excluding weekends.

  • Local orders (within Hong Kong SAR) are done through SF express. Packages are delivered within 3–5 business days after ordering.
  • International orders (outside Hong Kong SAR) take up to 14 days. Notifications of any delay regarding your order from parcel delivery services will immediately be forwarded to you by our team.

Return and Refund Policy

Should you have second thoughts about your purchase and the parcel has already been dispatched from our end, you have up to 14 days (or 30 days for orders outside Hong Kong SAR) from the delivery date to return any unopened product(s) for a full refund. 


Returns must be addressed to C-hemp customer service. Please include your order number AND the Requested Merchandise Number provided in our notification email.


We cannot issue refunds for items bought on-sale, opened and/or used products, as well as any products we receive past the return date. 


We recommend using a parcel service that can provide tracking and insurance service, as C-Hemp will not be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Once your item is shipped please kindly email the tracking number to us at info@c-hemp.shop in order for us to proceed with your refund in a timely manner. Please note that refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement.


Product Effectiveness 
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, or it didn’t perform for you-there’s a good chance that you haven’t found the right dosage yet. Many customers who report that CBD didn’t work for their use often report back much more positive results with a higher dosage version of our products. If you believe that to be the case, simply reach out to our customer support team through email at via info@c-hemp.shop and we will assist in the selection of suitable CBD product and dosage for you–including a trial coupon for that product.

Returns & Refunds
Mail your items back to us at info@c-hemp.shop labelled with “Goods to be returned” including your order number. Please use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance service, as C-Hemp will not be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Once your item is shipped please kindly email the tracking number to us in order for us to proceed your refund in a timely manner. Please note that refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement –going through processes, return of shipping time, return processing, and refund requests may result in 4 weeks of time.
