C-Hemp Return and Refund Policy
We would like to spend a moment and share our appreciation and how fortunate we are to have customers like you! Nothing makes us more happier than to welcome those who seeks CBD products as remedy with open arms. It is great to have you join and enlarge our C-Hemp family! We consistently want to deliver great products, customer experience and rest assured – to make right or assist our members with any hiccups along the way. If you have second thoughts about your purchase, don’t worry! You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return in and get a refund.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you are not satisfied with our products, or it didn’t perform for you - there’s a good chance that you haven’t found the right dosage yet. Many customers who report that CBD didn’t work for their use case often times report back much more positive results with a higher dosage version of our products.
If you believe that to be the case, simply reach out to our customer support team through email at via email@example.com and we will assist in the selection of suitable CBD product and dosage for you – including a trial coupon for that product.
Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return or refund, please reach out to our support team firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return Request” with your order number and the products you’d like to return and we’ll send you an address to send the products back to. Kindly be noted the followings: -
· Local orders – 14 days return policy
· International orders – 30 days return policy (including shipping time)
· All returns must be returned to C-hemp customer service address provided via email confirmation with a Requested Merchandise Number.
· Unopened products returned within 14 or 30 days of original purchase are eligible for a full refund through via original payment method or by store credits.
· Any OPENED or LATE received product packages will not be accepted for return and refund.
· All sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

- Product must be returned to receive a refund
- Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued
Mail your items back to us at email@example.com labelled with “Goods to be returned” including your order number. Please use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance service, as C-Hemp will not be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Once your item is shipped please kindly email the tracking number to us in order for us to proceed your refund in a timely manner. Please note that refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement – going through processes return of shipping time, return processing, and refund requests may result 4 weeks of time.
